I got my multi add-on out of the way two weeks ago after 41 hours of dual in my 310 and we did the checkride, maneuvers and all, in IMC. I'm now up to 20 hours in actual IMC and on a couple of occasions, I've had to remind myself that I'm in the clouds. Of course flying in the clouds at this time of year brings with it the chance of picking up ice so we all have to be on guard a bit more.

Again, congratulations. Now go get your ticket wet!</description>

I found your Blog from your RV7 building website.  I'd like to build my own plane someday, but it's just a dream right now.  I have my private and instrument, but haven't flown actively for many years.  Maybe when my last kid (a High School Sophomore) is out of the house.

Funny thing, I was born in the town of San Andreas, the town closest to the Calaveras County airport.  I haven't lived there for many years, but it was neat to see your picture of the office.  My dad learn to fly at the old airport downtown, and his flight instructor was Carol Kennedy.  If you didn't notice, the road into the airport is named after her.

Again, congratulations!  I'm going to wade through some of your archives and live vicariously through your adventure.

Now, get back on that RV-7!</description>

Say what’s on your mind, but please don’t copy-paste the same stuff each time AVNAC is mentioned as I think it comes across as nothing more than a personal grudge.
